Mom, stop taking my picture!!!

Posted by Dawn (Maryland, United States) on 3 November 2009 in People & Portrait.

Happy Silly Tuesday everyone!

As you can see, my oldest is much different than my youngest son. It does not matter what I try to bribe him with or any amount of money I offer him, it does not work.

He would not even make eye contact with me. LOL!

I did get a couple of good ones over the summer when he was in the pool and when I started taking pics, but nothing recently. Just this one. : )

I appreciate any comments!! Thank you so much for taking the time to visit my blog.

I do share his resignation. I hate beeing taken in photography !
Great selective desaturation which clearly underlines his state of mind.

As a child I hate being a "victim" of photographers... maybe that's the reason for my hiding behind the camera today...?

Great capture!

HA! I drive my daughter nuts with the camera too, I'm like the playground paparazzi with her, I have MANY shots of her hand out in front of her face ;)

A wonderful portrait, I love the selective coloring...

Lovely processing in this portrait! Tell your son that Auntie Marilla thinks his eyes are really beautiful. If Auntie was younger she'd ask him to the movies or something. ;D

Considering his reluctance to be your subject, this portrait of your handsome young man is something to be proud of. Great photo; I like the selective purple, too.
